    Additionally, all prospective guests are personally reviewed by the OceanStays team through a qualification process designed to ensure reservations are made with respectful, reliable travelers who align with the standards and experience of each property.

  • From launch to day-to-day operations, we handle everything — listing setup and optimization, professional photography, pricing strategy, guest support, housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, and payment management.

    You stay informed through regular reporting and receive your monthly payout while we take care of the rest.

  • If your property is already guest-ready, there is no onboarding fee.

    For properties that require preparation prior to launch — such as styling, photography, maintenance, or operational improvements — we provide a clear and transparent work plan and, when applicable, offer the flexibility to recover these costs through upcoming bookings.

  • Most properties are live within 14 to 30 days, depending on their readiness.

    Our onboarding process includes an initial walkthrough, professional photography, listing creation and optimization, operational setup, and implementation of a dynamic pricing strategy to position your property for a strong launch.

  • Your property should be in good operational condition and ready to host guests. This includes a properly functioning electrical system, plumbing, appliances, internet connection (if applicable), and overall maintenance standards.

    Before launch, we provide a detailed onboarding checklist and walkthrough to identify any recommended improvements and ensure your home is prepared to deliver an excellent guest experience.

    Through your owner calendar, you can block dates in just a few clicks — with no extra fees and complete visibility over upcoming reservations.
